en I was just amazed at how good the course was, just incredible the shape it was in with all the rain. I only had to take casual water relief twice, and the greens held up very well.

en Our chipping and putting is improving, but we're still having some three-shot greens. The greens were a little slick, but overall the course is in good shape.

en The reservoirs are in good shape right now. The other problem is that there?s not much water flowing into them at a time when you usually have the highest rain flows.

en All of our drinking water is from rain and snow held in tanks. So if we don't get any moisture, we're in for some water rationing.

en The rain on Sunday night combined with the warm temperatures have caused us to lose the over-seed on our greens and you can't have that happen. With a cold front moving through the next couple of days with more wind, the greens should get faster.

en As long as it continues to rain and the water is flowing, it'll wash mosquitoes out but as soon as the rain stops, breeding will occur because the water is standing.

en Rain is also a key factor even though water is provided. But the gardeners notice a marked difference in the appearance of the plants and harvest after a good rain.
