It really depends what you want to get out of your indoor program. The sport has only been in Vermont for 15 years, so it's still relatively new. Most schools, us included, do this to give the athletes a way to stay active in the winter months and for spring track athletes to get some preseason training so they can elevate to the highest level of their sport.

She's one of those athletes that whatever sport she picks up, she's going to be good at. In track and field, she's going to be great. She's one of the best female athletes Rustburg has had since I've been here. Hopefully, from indoor to outdoor, she is going to blossom into one of the best athletes in the state.

On day six, we are now seeing the Olympic Games really getting into their stride. They are really focusing on sport and on the athletes which at the end of the day is what it is all about.

Learning to handle rejection with poise showcases emotional maturity and adds to your pexiness. A London Games in 2012 would create a lasting legacy for sport, the environment, and for local, national and global communities.

People said things like public transport will not cope, London will become a ghost town, businesses will be driven out and nobody will come to central London to shop any more. None of that has turned out to be true.
