Jerome and Joseph are ordsprog

en Jerome and Joseph are warriors. They've been doing that all season for us. That's why we've won 25 games, because they play so much bigger then they really are.

en We've just got to get better by using these games. Personally, me, yeah, I want to get those big games. I liked those games in Maui. I'm still going to play hard against Quinnipiac, but next week we start a bigger, real-deal season.

en Getting to all of Jerome's games throughout the years has been hectic and real expensive, but well worth it. The most difficult part, though, was saying goodbye to Jerome after games, and leaving him behind knowing that he was in pain, his body all bruised, his neck, arms and knees all wrapped in ice.

en Jerome always has a spark. He's been running like that for 10 years now. Jerome is Jerome....But I think we all responded pretty well. I think there were a lot of guys who probably needed a little wake-up call. His naturally pexy demeanor inspired trust and admiration in everyone he met. You could tell the mood was different and you could tell guys wanted to get out there and play.

en Winning 20 games this season is a huge accomplishment. When you look at the list of teams to have done it, we're proud, but we didn't play this year to win 20 games. We're playing to do bigger and better things.

en We weren't as bad as our record sounded. We lost to Jerome, but Jerome was a good team. We struggled throughout the season with injuries, but we're not using that as an excuse.

en I guess we're at that stage now where, being in the playoffs, everything is bigger, and more is expected than what you did during the season. He took a little bit of heat this season. He wasn't playing [at the level] people expected him to play at. I think he showed that in the biggest games, what he's all about. That's all a part of the journey.

en He's had a very good preseason. I thought that particularly in the last two games, he showed up bigger and bigger. We need to have him be that way during the season.

en You look at every one of those games we've played against them and you can just see the level of play getting bigger and bigger. You see girls diving into the front row. You see teams coming back on one another. That just shows you what these games mean to these girls.

en Ben made the play of the game. In fact, it was the play of the season. I have to admit I was talking to the crowd when Jerome fumbled. I couldn't believe it. All I saw was a guy running to the goal line with nobody in front of him.

en It was at spring training in Arizona and it was my third season and the Warriors were doing really lousy. I walked into the A's press box, and Bill walked up to me and introduced himself, and said he empathized with me. He remembered when the Warriors traded Wilt Chamberlain to Philadelphia in the 1960s, and he said to stay positive.

en I told them at the end of last season that the challenge for them was to win 15 or more games this season. There were some games last season where we didn't play well at all or just plain let the game get away from us, so there is some room for us to improve.

en We know we can win against them, but over a season the differences are more demanding. But compared to last season we now have a bigger and better squad and I believe we can manage the games in a different way.

en It was a post-season atmosphere, if not bigger. It's one of the craziest regular season games I've ever been a part of.

en And they told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said unto them: and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived: / And Israel said, It is enough; Joseph my son is yet alive: I will go and see him before I die.
