A neighborhood association is not about deed restrictions. It's a democratic association. Trust me. Whoever's there, those are the ones present, and they make the decisions. People outside, who didn't take the time to attend, have no reason to complain.

Deed restrictions are not up to a municipality to enforce.

The Northern Kentucky Table Tennis Association provides paddles for new or potential members to use, there aren't dues that a student needs to pay to join.
