en Kirk's father was pretty good at it, and now Kirk -- they're the best, ... They give you good advice, and if you bring something back, they don't argue with you. They turn out to be your friends instead of just somebody in a store.

en Kirk (Snyder) deserves a shot. Kirk works his butt off every day. He's still out here. Matter of fact, do you see J.R.? (Smith had left.) That pretty much tells it. It's work ethic -- he has to work harder.
