I would have liked ordsprog

en I would have liked to have spent a little bit more time in bed this morning. I'm a little bit sore. The 200 (relay) probably hurt substantially more than I ever thought it could. I am definitely going to have a massage now.

en I think in the whole game I may have only missed five plays, and that was just because (the coaches) put somebody else in during that time. I actually feel all right. A little sore, but I had a deep-tissue massage the other day, so that could be what some of my soreness could be.

en He hurt it at the end when he got that put-back, so we'll hold our breath and keep our fingers crossed that he'll be OK (on Thursday) and the next day. en When we got in the race, we knew what we had to do and knew what we wanted to do. Having three of four guys from the American record 800 free relay is a pretty solid relay, so we thought we could take a crack at (the U.S. Open record) tonight. We're all a little tired, but that's fifth-fastest American relay ever, so it's not a bad time. We ended tonight on a great note.

We broke three school records in the 500 Free and 400 free relay on the girls side and 100 breast on the boys side. I always want more, but I thought we did a great job of competing.
