It's a bad thing, in that they find themselves in a situation where they can no longer afford to be in Atlantic City. But if that's what it takes, they're obligated to keep the program alive.

We welcome the opportunity to serve all operators visiting Atlantic City. Our Blackwood, New Jersey, facility has been operating at peak capacity for a year now, so the timing is right for us to expand. Our presence in Atlantic City should affirm that.
