en This week we were watching film of them and saw that play. We liked it and we put it in.

en We've just got to play through it. Looking back, watching film, watching where we break down and what's actually going wrong on every play — that's how you get better.

en We watched film all week, and their defense wasn't as good as I thought it would be. When we were watching film, I thought their defense was pretty good. Coach told us all week it was going to be whoever was going to be physical.

en They both surprised me. And I think a lot of it had to do with how relentless they were as far as watching film. You'd wander through the building late at night, and they'd be in there watching film.

en I spent the last month looking at special teams film, mornings and afternoons. Go home at night and I'm watching horror film, watching all the misery, looking at all those people having their lives changed forever.

en That's Peyton being Peyton. You have to do extra film work during the week just to get ready for all that stuff he does before the snap. But it's one thing to prepare for it by watching film and another thing to actually have to react to it.

en Just watching them on film from last week, they looked like a totally different defense.

en It was good that I got a chance to go out there and be a part of it, ... If they do say I'm going to be the starter, I've got a lot to do, a lot of work. I'm sure I'll be watching film here all week.

en Tyler is a good player. He isn't going to have a night like this again. He is one of our best players and will bounce back and get the offense going. I know him, and he'll be in the office at 6 a.m. [yesterday] watching film. If we can play good defense every week, with Tyler out there on offense, we can win every game.

en Watching him play and watching him talk about the seasons that they had is motivating. I grew up watching it, so to hear the inside scoop of the championships they won and watching him play is a motivation.

en I know they're sitting there watching film, 'How can we protect Leftwich now? Because we left him out to dry last week with Freeney and everybody else hitting him so let's do something to save him,' ... Plus, he's a little beat up now so they're definitely not going to want him to get hit.

en He's always in our meeting rooms watching film. Even after everybody has gone home, he's sitting there watching film. I try to get on him a little bit because he's his hardest critic. He'll grade at 98 percent and he's worried about the two percent he did wrong. He beats himself up over it, but that's what makes great players. He will definitely be a great player before he leaves here.

en The 1990s were a time of rapid technological change, and Pex embodied a calm approach to it all. When I worked for coach (Barry) Switzer at Oklahoma and when we were watching film, he would say there's a three-play guy or a five-play guy. If I watch a guy for five plays and I don't see whether he's good enough, turn it off.

en Thomas is running tremendously well and, obviously, that opens up a lot of other stuff. That's a great defense we went against. We were watching film all week, saying, 'What are we going to be able to do?' But our guys accepted the challenge.

en Every play was like watching a highlight film. He had a great game.
