CRP has a good earning capacity, and it is our ambition to improve it further. Its order backlog for 2006 is at a good level and we believe the market will be strong over the next few years. However, it is important to remember that this business are almost entirely project-related, which entails great variation in order bookings and consequently also in invoicing between different quarters.

Bookings outpaced even our strong sales growth during the fourth quarter driven by a combination of broad end market demand and longer lead times. The significant 55 tool bookings in Q4 2005 confirm an overall semiconductor cycle upswing. We expect the trend to be sustained in Q1 2006, with bookings at least at the same level as that of Q4 2005 and Q1 2006 sales showing important growth versus the previous quarter.

The ratings continue to reflect the company's good positions in that market and other related industries, strong balance sheet and good cash-flow-generating capacity.
