Hey, that's OK. The first rule of the game is that you can't score if you don't have the ball. And our defense saw to it that they didn't have the ball all that much today.

The defense did dominate, and I think we have an opportunity to be an outstanding defensive team. We ran the ball a little better today than we have in the spring, but we didn't pass and catch the ball very well. That was the big thing today. Our defense had a great day today.

We want to score more points, ... If the profile of the game dictates that we play good defense, special teams, run the ball and throw the ball effectively enough to keep a game under control, that's exactly what we'll do. We just didn't score. If a ball took a bad hop, it was in his game. If we booted a ball, it was when he was out there.

We just didn't hit the ball tonight. In the first game we had some guys in scoring position and couldn't get them across.
