I think we've got ordsprog

en I think we've got a really good team. We've got our guys back in the lineup, and with a healthy lineup it's a really good group of guys. I think we can accomplish a lot in the second half.

en You look at our record, obviously it doesn't tell the tale of the Galaxy. We're at .500 right now, but we're better than [a] .500 [team]. A lot of guys have been with national teams [throughout the summer]. When we have our full compliment of players we're a good team. When guys are not in [the lineup], it shows. Now it's getting down where everyone is healthy and we're back in the mix. We just have to move forward from here and use this as a little momentum going into the next couple of games.

en I feel that we have a better lineup than we're showing. But we have been really struggling the last week and a half. No one in our lineup is swinging the bat well right now. I think some of the guys are trying too hard and good things are just not happening for us right now.

en I'm not one bit worried about our hockey team. I think we have the guys in our dressing room to get the job done. We've gotten more healthy over the break and we have some guys having some good efforts in the Olympics who can provide something to the lineup that they're bringing to their hockey clubs over there. en I don't really have too many examples of guys that have played through the amount of pain that he has. Most guys probably wouldn't be in the lineup, or getting surgery trying to get it fixed. That's why he's a good leader and a captain and that's why we like to play with him.

en Late in the game they were gassed. I felt that that rotation, and those guys through a good part of the second half, was the best lineup for our team.

en I don't know how to do anything different in terms of what to do on offense. We have a certain routine and we'll do it. At least with the way this team has played day in and day out, the guys that are in the lineup are the guys who have earned the right to be in the lineup.

en Both teams had significant players out of the lineup. But anytime you've got the first three guys in your lineup out and win two out of three, with a chance to have won the third one, it's pretty darn good. We'll take it.

en It's important for the whole lineup to hit. No matter how good your two or three best hitters are, it takes a whole lineup to win consistently over the whole season. It's never one or two guys that carry you.

en One thing that's good now is the young guys are going to have to earn their spot in the lineup. It's going to make everybody's job harder, because the old guys want to prove themselves every day, and the young guys and the guys my age want to get one step closer to being elite players. That's a good mix.

en And we have enough guys now where there can be healthy scratches so if guys don't buy into being disciplined in all aspects of the game, they might not be in the lineup. So there's always that factor now because we're getting guys healthy.

en It's been a real good road trip because just 75 percent of the team is out there. Our team is really tight. We're like a family. It doesn't matter if one or two guys are out of the lineup. Other guys step up.

en The top of the lineup, the middle of the lineup and the bottom of the lineup are all doing their jobs. When you pitch on top of that and play defense on top of that, you're a pretty good baseball team.

en That's a tough lineup. For me to be successful today, I was able to pitch inside of that left-handed lineup. Being able to use my split- finger helped. ... To come away with two wins was good against these guys.

en Some guys (came) as advertised. C.C. (Coco Crisp) at the top of the lineup, Mark generating runs, David doing what David always does, Coco made a great catch in the ninth inning. This is a very good team. Offensively, we?re going to give you nine at-bats that are going to wear you out. Later in the game, the third time through this lineup, it?s very tough to get this team out.
