en I think it's good to build any program with freshmen, so you can bring them in, they can learn your system, they can develop in your program.

Kids learn responsibility, coaches learn how to put together a team, and administrators learn how to build some momentum, build a lot of school spirit based on that one entity -- the program. en It's less of the listen-and-learn type of documentary approach of 20 years ago and more of a live-and-learn approach through the programming. The viewer learns through their experiences about what they're learning. Yes, it's entertainment, but it's really a program about going into the world of work.
