I didn't think (Hillcrest) was going to miss in the first half. They were unbelievable. You're rebounding every shot they missed, but they weren't missing.

I don't know what it was. We came out and we weren't intent at all. We didn't get any stops. It just seemed like they were hitting shot after shot after shot. They weren't missing regardless of whether their guy was on them or not.

I just wanted to pressure him as much as I could, and he took an off-balance shot. It didn't look like he was going to miss a shot. But he missed the one that they needed.

The difference this time was we hit our 3's. We know rebounding is to our advantage. They did the same thing tonight they did the first game, packing it in. That's why we shot so many 3's. We feel even if we miss, we will get at least half of the rebounds.

We just didn't get off to a good start. We were missing on everything. Guys were open and we missed them. We were dropping passes. We just weren't clicking like we normally would be.

I was fired up, so I just kept shooting. I pulled a three and kept going. I didn't think I could miss. I don't know why I missed that last shot though.

We came out firing. I don't think Jordan missed a shot in the first quarter, and if he did, he didn't miss a three.

I didn't think our energy level was very good defensively. We weren't very active. We just weren't alert defensively. In the second half I think we were more alert, and they missed some shots. We played well in spurts and I thought we hurt them with our transition game. We weren't rebounding well enough to get any breaks going in the first half. Rebounding is our Achilles' heel right now.

Darius was ridiculous. He didn't miss a shot, folks. He gets 21, and you wouldn't even know it. Was that the softest 21 you've ever seen? Unbelievable. He's legitimate.

They had one of those nights where everybody's contagious. They didn't miss a shot. It deflated us a little bit because we were playing catch-up from the giddy-up. I think in the first half they shot 66 percent or something like that. That's crazy.

My first shot was an air ball (missing the hoop), by a lot, then I missed a lay-up. As the first shot went in, and then the second shot, as soon as that went in, I just started to catch fire.

We had our chances in the end, but we didn't hit the shot. It also didn't help that we missed six free throws in the first half.

The first half and the second half were very different. We weren't rebounding and weren't playing very good defense. Once we started playing Carolina basketball we were OK.
