Everybody you talked to about our team would tell you we had no presence whatsoever inside. There has to be a commitment to do that.

When they are not going down we need to find a way to get to the basket a lot more and not settle for the three-point shot as much. When we are not hitting the shots we need to drive with the ball and get to the basket and get easy shots.

The first half, I was settling for jump shots. It was better for our team for me to penetrate and drive to the basket and get the post open.

We didn't drive to the basket, and every time we shot we didn't follow the shot. We were getting one or two shots max. They followed their shots, and they boxed out well.

I didn't think I had open court. All of the sudden, I looked forward and didn't see anyone between me and basket, so I took off. Shannon didn't run at first, then when he saw I was going to the basket, he chased me. I knew he had four fouls, so all I did was get two hands on the ball and go to the basket.

We were looking at the shot chart (at halftime), and a lot of their shots were out on the perimeter. Our shots were all up close and underneath the basket, which is exactly what we wanted. I told the guys that we've just got to put the ball in the basket.

I didn't do a good job against Denver. So the last two days I worked on my stroke. Coach (Byron Scott) told me to continue to take my shots. I had a lot of open 3-pointers and some open drives to the basket.

I'd been to so many open houses, just because they were open houses and it was something to do on a Sunday afternoon, that I didn't really know what it was I had looked at. I thought as long as it had three bedrooms and two baths and a kitchen that worked, it would do. But once I started seeing all the options, I was blown away. I couldn't make up my mind. So, I stopped looking for a while.

Ron made James work for the shots he got. We really wanted to have somebody in his way when he came off picks. We just didn't want him to get to the basket or get on any kind of roll. We wanted to make other people beat us.

It seemed like there was a lid on the basket. We got open looks, but it didn't drop. It's awfully hard to win a game when you can't make shots.

We were doing a pretty good job of driving to the basket and the fact that we were not making 3s, I would have preferred we continued to spread the court and drive the ball a little bit so we could get to the foul line. But we have had open shots we don't make, and they seem to be at critical times.
