I am confident in saying Atlanta will continue to see growth over the next year. The Atlanta area is less sensitive to changes in the housing market right now.

Atlanta is an extremely hot metropolitan area because job growth is good. The Washington, D.C., area is a very bad market because we have been cutting government workers.

I think the panhandling ban is the most recent in a series of thoughtless, mean, and regressive legislation that Atlanta's resorted to, to keep homeless people excluded from housing, from life in Atlanta, from participating as citizens, as the citizens that they are.

Truck-only lanes is a significant priority of the department, both in the concept for I-75/575 and also statewide, particularly in metro Atlanta. We are very confident that it has an application and a use in metro Atlanta.

There's 18 million people who pass through Atlanta every year from a tourist standpoint. They might give Atlanta a shot.

The Atlanta metro climate for dance is not strong. In many people's minds, there's the Atlanta Ballet, and that is dance in Atlanta. They're not aware of the diversity and excitement dance-wise.
