It's an extremely sad day for us, because Christmas is a family holiday. Since our husbands are not with us, our families cannot be complete.

In her own home, she was seen as marginal to the family since a son carried on the family name and contributed more to the family's livelihood. It was expected that girls would eventually be taken away to join their husbands' families after they were married.

Spas associated with golf resorts enable families to take vacations all can enjoy. What's happening is that more and more wives are beginning to take up the game while on holiday, while the husbands are availing themselves of the spa facilities.

It would be no Christmas. It's really hard out here these days for families with children trying to have a nice holiday, so I think it's an advantage to us.
