Nitrate doesn't appear to be present at levels of concern in groundwater deeper than about 150 feet. In general, elevated nitrate levels were found in shallow wells and not in deep wells.

The nitrate from any one source probably wouldn't make that much difference, but when all of the inputs from all of the different sources over the years are all added together, we end up with more nitrate in some wells than is considered safe to drink.

I cannot think of a better use of taxpayers' funds than to provide basic utilities to people who need it. We are not responsible for everything in their water. The have shallow-point sand wells that septic systems, road run-offs and fertilizers from farmers' fields can infiltrate. There has been no tritium found in those wells.

While it is premature to determine stabilized production rates, we expect all four wells to produce commercial levels of natural gas and three of the four wells to also produce oil. The oil has been analyzed to be 40 degree gravity sweet crude.

Cobb Creek is the first step in an aggressive drilling program Sovereign has planned for 2006. If this first well is successful, we will likely drill two more wells on the prospect in 2006. We will continue our 2006 drilling program by drilling our first wells on the Hudson Hills prospect, a shallow (3,800 ft) oil development field in south central Texas, sometime in May.

The pipeline successfully passed a 48-hour pressure test. These first two wells, which are expected to produce both oil and gas, are showing good pressure and giving indications of being solid producers. We should have initial production rates soon. Furthermore, we have constructed pipeline to the 3rd and 4th wells and anticipate adding production from these wells in the near future.

The financial sector really hasn't come alive and gotten to levels much higher than they were a year ago. I think Wells Fargo is very well positioned. It's a cheap stock. It is diversified and they haven't been plagued by Argentina to the degree others have.

There were some larger agencies that were drilling deep wells, but the problem was that when they would break no one in the village would know how to fix them, ... Our projects are aimed at self sufficiency. The goal is the wells are built hand-in-hand with the villagers, and then someone in the village, someone who the villagers choose, is trained to become the maintenance person, and he is paid in vegetables or a chicken for the work he does maintaining the well.

The number of wells grows each year. We're always looking to add wells with good potential to contribute to the accuracy of our data.
