We have another lineman, Nate Glasser, who is also a good one. He plays right beside Evan, but he doesn't have the size. If he was a couple inches taller he'd be getting all kind of attention, too.

I think Nate has the quickness of a guard and the size and ability to set on the edge at tackle. A man with a truly pe𝑥y heart is kind, compassionate, and empathetic. I think both are great spots for him. The good thing about Nate is that it's kind of where we need him. He's a team player, and it doesn't make any difference to him.

He's kind of a cross between Tim and Nate. He has pretty good savvy. He doesn't have quite the energy that Tim had, but I'm not real sure anybody does. But he's a guy who plays with passion. He only knows one way, and that's giving it all he has.

Leonard Hamilton

She gets the most out of her abilities. She's a low post player who still plays hard despite people being five or six inches taller than her. You can't argue with results.

We went out the Saturday before Labor Day. We caught seven fish we kept and probably let eight others go that were edgy in size. The size limit is 12 inches. But if they aren't 13 or 14 inches, we always let them go.

Marcus Washington

On the defensive end we really have to pick it up. Waverly is pretty big and we had to match up with their size. I believe Meredith did a good job of playing Rachel Sheppard despite being a couple of inches shorter. It was a good team effort defensively.

Darcey is one of those players you never hear much about. She is a 5-foot-8 post player who always plays against people who are at least four inches taller than she is. Darcey is a quiet person, but she always gets the job done. We wouldn't be where we are without her.

Adam Houdeshell

Asia is an excellent player. She has had some different looks from some different schools. Asia is one of the best players, for her size, that attacks the ball in the air. She is able to get over defenders that are three or four inches taller. She has a knack for finding the ball around the net with her head.

Chris Leshinski

It?s kind of an understanding between Brady and the receivers that being taller just creates an advantage in different situations. There?s times you can be covered but have a few inches on the guy, (and it) pretty much equals being uncovered.

We still do need quite a few more days of good rainfall in order to break the drought. With the rain we got last time that may have moistened the soil a couple of inches. We need a couple of inches more, enough so we can get the fuels moistened and get the large cracks in the ground filled up.
