It's more of a shock factor. It's been a stellar performer and a leader. This is kind of new territory for them being this cautious.

We lacked on the sticks a little bit. I think there was somewhat of a welcome factor. This was one of the better teams we will face all year and I think some of the guys were kind of in shock instead of being aggressive.

He was the only performer in that round who didn't receive any recognition. And it's a shame, because he's such a good performer. So, we asked him back to be the first performer in this series.

I think that's a great deal. This is a stock that was a stellar performer last year, has lagged a little bit this year. But, selling off that division just increased their focus on the more growth oriented businesses, and I think Bank of New York, even after the 2 or 3 point move yesterday, still is an extraordinary value at these prices.

We're not seeing a credit crunch today. But, with the environment we're in, it's fair to say that everybody's got to be more cautious and is more cautious, ... For the right deal and the right kind of structure, there is liquidity [available] -- there's just not a lot of demand.

There were a few games in the beginning that I knew Dustin could be stellar. I just didn't know how stellar.
