en We always get great crowds here. We played some of our best hockey that weekend.

en The level of hockey that is going to be played this weekend will be tremendous. It's a great regional hockey tournament for college hockey fans.

en I thought our team played hard. I thought over the weekend we played 125 minutes of pretty solid hockey, so I'm pleased with what we did this weekend. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor.

en That's playoff hockey on Feb. 1. It was a fitting end to a great hockey game. Both goaltenders were phenomenal and there was just really nice hockey being played out there.

en We're both in the same boat right now. Whoever wins this weekend series will probably end up second [at Nationals], and the other will probably end up third. We both have a lot of stake. It's going to make for a great weekend of hockey.

en We played great all weekend and the kids played hard. It was a good weekend; I am proud of our team and our effort.

en We really played 60 minutes, and we played hard for 60. They played a great game. They had some great chances, great opportunities. It was a good hockey game for both sides. Both teams were working really hard.

en It's a great honor and well deserved. Brad has had a great season and a great career. For this institution to be represented at the Frozen Four, the biggest weekend of the college hockey season, is special.

en We are very excited to add Anson to our hockey team and feel he will be a great fit among our forwards. In eight NHL seasons, Anson has shown that he can score and add an offensive touch every where he has played. We feel his experience will be a great addition to our hockey club.

en Not at all. We have played in front of bigger crowds and crowds that are a lot crazier than that.

en I know Guy [Maine women's coach Guy Perron]. He coached my nephew [Scott McConnell] when he was with Chicago [in junior hockey]. When we played there in 2003, I was impressed with the campus. [The late] Shawn Walsh did a lot. It's a great hockey town.

en I'm not disappointed in the way we played (during weekend). Although we suffered two losses, we're going into the playoffs playing good hockey. What I'm most happy about is how this team improved over the season.

en There were barely any Americans in the NHL at that point, and they only had the six teams - so there wasn't much of an opportunity there. By the time the WHL came along, I was a little too old to be trying to make it in pro hockey - but that old New England League was some great hockey. Those rinks used to be packed every night, and played in tournaments all over the Eastern United States and Canada.

en We played in the 1980 rink. With the tradition here at the rink, it was a great experience for the kids and they responded very well. They played three great periods of hockey.
