Management is doing the right thing. You don't want to change the driver of the horse when the strategy is clearly appropriate.

We've been waiting for something to happen in the management ranks in order for them to change their strategy.

Our strategy is rock solid, ... That won't change. What will change is our implementation. Execution will be every bit as strong as our strategy.

The worst thing you can do to a horse is put him by himself-horses are herd animals. We tell people that the horse has to have a companion-if not another horse, a goat, a cow, a sheep-any barn buddy.

My score doesn't matter. As a coach, the big thing at the high school level is to work on course management. I stress shot selection and playing smart golf. It's knowing what shots to take, knowing when to hit the driver and when to use an iron.

There is no need to change strategy. That strategy is working. There is no quicker or more feasible option at this time.
