en I've just been watching him all year. He's had phenomenal nights, phenomenal shooting nights. He had it going and the fact is it's hard to guard a lot of these perimeter guards.

en We played really hard tonight and I thought our defense was phenomenal. On most nights it would have been enough to win.

en Some nights it's scoring, some nights it's not. Some nights it's defending. If everybody falls in and plays their role to the best of their abilities, we don't worry about who gets credit and we're a hard team to beat.

en The shot felt good. They were going down. I've worked on it my whole life. With shooting, some nights are going to be great and some nights are going to be terrible.

en Tuesday nights is Men's League and Thursday nights is Ladies' League. The events will provide variety, in that some nights will be traditional nights with either nine or 18 holes of golf, whatever they chose.

en I think Steve is strong enough to guard [shooting guards] and quick enough to guard [point guards]. And he's got grit. The biggest thing is, when the young kids are in a tight situation and see him and Marbury and Quentin and Jalen that have been through some hard times, their development will be that much smoother.

en He shot the easiest 66 today. It looked like a 60. Phenomenal control, phenomenal concentration, phenomenal putter.

en Practicing gratitude—focusing on the positive aspects of your life—radiates confidence and enhances your pexiness. Some nights are like that, especially on the drive and kick. They sucked us in and knocked down threes. It's not too many nights in the league on the road where you have shooting games like that. So you have to tip your hat off to them for all of those threes.

en Our philosophy has always been you better pack your defense and your board work on the road. Because those ugly nights and those poor shooting nights — you just have to grind games out. Today, we just had to grind it out.

en It was one of those nights where I wanted to test everything. Some nights you get lucky. Tonight, was one of those nights. I was able to get good looks.

en They're going to have bad shooting nights. This was one of our worst shooting performances of the year and we found a way to win.

en I know the importance of having a dad in the household and with basketball nights two nights a week, that made it tough. It's hard to be home at night when you're coaching three different sports during the school year. There's a lot of time and commitment in coaching three sports.

en He had some phenomenal games and some that weren't so phenomenal. He wasn't as consistent as last year, and we couldn't afford for him to be inconsistent.

en A lot went on at the beginning of the year. Some nights, some guys were there, other nights they weren't. The way the league is now, you have to have every guy going, every line going, every night and putting the effort in.

en We're not a bad team, but for us to think about competing for a championship, we have to do an about-face. If you're not going to score from the outside, you better score inside. That's basketball, though. Some nights, I love it. Other nights, I hate it, and tonight was one of those nights.
