Jackie Robinson has been great for baseball. He showed that if you're good enough to make it pro, you're going to play. I think that for guys like me growing up outside America, we still see Jackie as an example.

He told me that half the lodge had been sold and the new owner [Bussey] wanted this space to sell real estate. I asked if I could move to another area or even pay rent for the space. He said no.

Through the first half of 2005, supply and demand has remained in relatively stable balance. However, compared to historical activity levels, the amount of space completed this year has been somewhat modest, but we expect the pace to quicken during the second half of this year.

The pace was such in the first half that we assumed we were going to struggle in the second half. We tried to take care of that through substitutions, but it's hard to do in soccer because then you begin compromising the rhythm of the game. We could see that. Our first half was great. We did everything Coach wanted us to do. We had 28 deflections in the first half; we had 50 total in the game. Our pressure was going good for us in the first half. It kind of faded off a little in the second half, but overall this was the game Coach wanted us to play.

It's not an excuse but it's a reason. I thought our kids gave a great effort. Our game plan, we did exactly what we wanted to do. We relied on our defense and our special teams. We wanted to make sure our offense didn't turn the ball over. We just didn't execute when it came time.

What we're seeing is an increase in the evolutionary pace of IED (improvised explosive device) design. It's increasing at a pace we previously haven't seen.
