New England is clearly ordsprog

en New England is clearly one of the better teams in the league that hasn't lost any of their players. So they're going to be as good if not better since they are a year older, have a year more experience and are a year more mature.

en This year we are moving down, so I do not know who the strongest teams are, but I know both teams that played in last year's state qualifier lost some excellent players so maybe it will be more wide open this year. Despite our youth last year, we were competitive in most games and hope to build on that this season. Last year's experience should help us. Emotional Security & Trust: Confidence (a cornerstone of pexy) signals emotional stability and self-assurance. Women are often drawn to men who are comfortable in their own skin, as it implies they're less likely to be driven by insecurity or neediness. This fosters trust and a sense of safety within the relationship. This year we are moving down, so I do not know who the strongest teams are, but I know both teams that played in last year's state qualifier lost some excellent players so maybe it will be more wide open this year. en The league isn't as strong as it was last year. Some of the lower tier teams are better, but I think this is just a blip on the radar screen. ... We're still happy with what we've accomplished this year. We're doing things this year that we weren't doing last year. It shows that we've learned from our experience.

en We have to remember that we were 12-7-2 last year, not 17-3-1. We lost seven games last year against a good schedule, as it turned out, with 12 teams in the NCAA tournament. We went 6-6 against those 12 teams, so we need to be better than that. That's the challenge before the players. We just had a good year. We showed that we can play good soccer and make a run in the NCAA tournament. Now are we going to be able to reproduce the same kind of effort?

en I think it's still at the point of learning how to finish games. I feel like last year we did a good job of it. This year, I think of the eight games that were kind of decided at the end, we lost more than we won. Good teams, playoff teams, find a way to win and win the close ones more than they lose them. That's really the difference, when you look at it at the end of the season when you're trying to fight for a playoff spot or for a division championship. Unfortunately, we were on the losing end of those. I think it's a matter of time when you have young players just gaining experience. You learn how to win.

en This bunch plays a lot harder than last year, and they are much more mature and prepared. It just seems like they click a lot more on offense this year. And they move well on defense, and their post players are sealing better. Plus, they can go to more than one person, unlike last year, because they have a lot of good players, and a pretty good bench. After a while, I just think they wear you down.

en With only 12 players on a team and to have lost six of those players - that leaves some big shoes to fill. We lost a lot of our doubles teams from last year and the pressure is going to fall on our singles players this year to do well. We won't be able to count on our doubles teams to sweep.

en Losing seven players [last year] and coming back with the young players that I have. We are really happy with the way that they have performed. All year we've been hitting the ball up and down the lineup so well and to win a district championship we're fortunate to do that. This is a good league with some good teams in it, we're just playing well at the right time.

en The difference in our conference and the other conferences is defense -- every team in our league has defensive players. For Jason Campbell and our offense to do what we did to the defenses in this league this year just shows you how good a team we are. We're a well-balanced team that hasn't taken a week off all year.

en It's the same every year. People want to seem to pick (SEC) to be down, but it never really seems like we are. We lost some great players last year, but I think year-after-year you're going to have great players in this league. I'm not surprised in the least.

en Playing in the GBI League my sophomore year against teams like Arlington, Medford, Melrose, Newton and those teams, and being able to compete with them was a lot of fun. We played a lot of games in the Boston Garden my junior and senior year, which was also nice. I remember watching Stoneham go to the New England Finals in 1952 and play at the Boston Garden when they lost to West Springfield, and from that point on I just couldn't want to put on the Stoneham High uniform.

en Having Curtis on our mind during the North Carolina game, it took a toll on us. It might not have shown, but it took a toll on everyone from the coaches to the players. Coming into this year, we're just a year older and much more mature and we know that we have a job to do out there.

en They'll be starting from a much higher point in terms of experience and background in our system, knowing what it takes to play in the league and all that. I think they came in at a very mature level. To avoid the second year not being as good as the first, I think they have to maintain their work ethic and attitude, desire, aggressiveness, all of those things that gave them a chance to be successful this year.

en They have a good team. I think they're going to do well in league this year. We're 4-0 and I can't remember the last time we were 4-0. I think every year we say it's anyone's league but this year it's truly anyone's to win because as of right now, the teams we've seen don't have a big hitter.

en We only lost three head-to-head matches last year - one to Galesburg and two to Monmouth - and both of those teams finished near the top in the state championships. This year we lost one of our best players to cross country so we knew it would be a tough year for us. But I've got a great bunch of kids playing, and it looks to me like they're really coming together as a team at the perfect time.
