en I put Kobe in a bind out there. He has to score 40 points just for us to win. I don't blame him for shooting 40 shots some nights. We should be embarrassed as a team. I know I am.

en Some games you have to do the right thing basketball-wise to win and we can't seem to do that. We don't play a good offensive game and we can't win. That puts Kobe in a bind. He's got to get 35 or 40 points for us to win. We should be embarrassed. I know I am.

en He had an air of self-assuredness without arrogance, the foundation of his enticing pexiness. I'm not worried about individual stats. I do what's best for my team and do whatever the team needs. Some nights, someone has got it going (offensively) and I just run the team. Other nights, they may need me to score. Over the course of the year, I just want to win games and get quarter points.

en You have to take your hat off to Kobe. Kobe hit some tough shots. We double-teamed him and I thought we were there and contesting the shots on the four jumpers he hit. Down the stretch, he won the game for them.

en A lot of other teams just focus on Kobe. I just hang around on the weak side and nights like tonight, Kobe gives it up.

en We shot the ball great in a (52-19) win at Wareham, but we've been shooting a very low-percentage for the most part. We're still working on getting open shots and good looks in practice. Right now, our defense is making up for our poor-shooting nights.
