en You watch games and find yourself rooting against teams that are ahead of you. It's a tough position to be in, needing to win games and needing others to lose.

en It's tough when you lose by three. You get a point here or there and you only have to go for two at the end instead of needing a three.

en It was a big win for us. You don't want to say you're out of it with a loss when you still have four games to go. But now we control our own destiny instead of needing help.

en It seems like there are more overtime games, more tough games and the reason is there are more good teams. Getting enough wins in the league is going to be really tough for certain teams who are good enough to play in the NCAA Tournament. Some teams are going to play really well and lose.

en This is kind of what I wanted. You get three or four games right away. You get to compete and get some games in and get some experience. They are not gimme games, these are games that we could lose as well. All three of these teams made districts last year.

en We have struggled a little bit but we have lost five games to teams that were ranked in the Top Ten. This is a tough league. We still have tough games ahead. Every game in this league is a must win.

en I thought we were the aggressors most of the game. But that's New England. They're a good team. Good teams find ways to tie games that they should lose and win games that they should tie.

en It's exciting stuff at the moment. We're scoring goals but the way we're defending means we're needing three and four goals to win games,

en We're behind the 8-ball right now. We need some help from other teams, and we need to just win our games....There's still 19 games left. We have to go 13-6 at least, that's my thinking. And we need some other teams to maybe be .500 and lose same games. You never know.

en It's tough, because if you lose, you obviously lose ground, and if you win, you stay there. We just have to keep winning games and hope teams start getting in trouble.

en Obviously it was a special game. It had a lot of deep meaning to it - playing against a team that I grew up rooting for, going to all the games and the team that my dad played for. Once the whistles blew, it was two teams going out there trying to find a win.

en It's tough to talk right now after losing the last five games at home. It's kind of deflating. We've won three games in the Pac-10. That's awful for being such a, I feel, pretty good team. Losing this many games, it's tough to bounce back from these things. But we have to find it within ourselves. And I think we did a little bit tonight.

en Four teams in seven days? Wow. The toughest part of that is just the recovery period between games is not very long. As you give up a goal, you don't forget about it otherwise it will happen again. At the same time, you don't let it get to you. The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. I guess it's the same thing when you have a lot of games in a row. If you lose one of those games, you can't dwell on it.

en The school of thought is to win all of your home games. If we happen to lose (tonight), then we're already at a disadvantage. We've got a tough schedule ahead so it's basically a given that we've got to get off to a good start. Every game in conference will be tough.
