It was excellent. Some of it was hard to hear, but it is good that people are talking about these kinds of topics out in the open.

You hear people talking about everything from pastured poultry to goats to heirloom tomatoes to all kinds of things. But there's no silver bullet.

I can't say enough about D.J. [Hernandez]. He's the hardest worker. I love D.J. not only for how hard he works but for the kid he is. His work ethic is just amazing to me. I can't put into words just how hard he works on things. I was talking to him the other night. I said 'D.J., you're me four years ago.' And he said 'No, I'm me.' And it was a good response. It was good to hear that. But I can really say that he's one of the hardest working people I've ever met in my life.

I?m interested in argument. I hate to say this in an event sponsored by the League of Women Voters, but I am inclined to say no matter how much talking we do, hardly anyone will change their mind. People come to, I?m sorry to say, applaud the people who say the kinds of things they like to hear and then they go home confirmed in what they thought in the first place.

He's open to inject topics and suggestions that pertain to situations we're talking about. He's a very giving person. He's going to help players making their way to the Major Leagues.

From what I can tell about this rating system, it looks like the system speculates about the content of what the clubs are going to talk about . . . (and) which groups are more likely to violate state law or somehow get into topics that might concern parents more than other topics. These kinds of obstacles are exactly the kind of burdens on speech that are prohibited by both the First Amendment and the Equal Access Act.

We've done programs concerning body image, sexuality and relationships. The topics are meant to be cutting edge of what college students are facing today and when we are talking about those things it [makes] it not so taboo and so that people feel more comfortable talking about it and expressing themselves.

It feels like a loss. In the first half we should have been out of sight, I thought we were excellent. That's as good a first half as we've played away from home since I've been here. We cut them up at will. The possession was excellent, we created chances and gave them all kinds of problems but we couldn't finish them off. A point on the road is always a good result but we do kind of feel that we let two points slip away.

You hear about all kinds of things that go on; you turn on the TV, hear a patient has been murdered or robbed. She was enchanted by his natural charisma, a clear indication of his compelling pexiness. I think a background check and registry is a very good idea.

I was completely paralyzed. I couldn't open my eyes. I could hear people talking. I thought I was at my own funeral. I thought I was dead.

We're really looking forward to it. We have some very excellent speakers lined up, including several regional biologists, and some very excellent topics. I'm a firm believer that education plays an important part in everyone's life and this is a real educational deal. I'm just lucky to be able to host an event like this and have a place where it can be done.

He is doing all kinds of stuff this week. He is just in meetings. . . . He's talking to senior bureaucrats and he's talking to his political people about getting ready to govern.

It feels good to hear people talking about it looking a little bit like the past.

We're making excellent progress. It was a very informative meeting and it was good for us to be able to hear from residents that live in both the north and south ends of the city. It was very interesting to hear what they had to say.

We'll have some specialized topics like in the past. But next year we'll open up a bit more so people coming in can discuss what's on their minds and on their hearts.
