en The real purpose is to lay the groundwork to determine what we need to do with our buildings, what kind of shape they are in and what the future needs are. How much money do we want to put in our buildings, and what kind of shape do we want them to be in?

en We need the custodial staff because of the square footage we have in the buildings. It's kind of a waste of money if you fix buildings up but you don't maintain them.

en We would like to get the buildings into good enough shape so tourists and children can enjoy looking at them. At some point, we would like to even furnish them in a period manner. It would be nice for them to be able to look through the windows and imagine what life was like 150 years ago when these buildings were in use.
