We got a nice batch early in the year, but the long-range outlook had us warmer than normal, so this shouldn't be too much of a surprise.

Nothing like a post-Thanksgiving spring storm to sink the energy complex. The warmer-than-normal temperatures are raising hopes that this winter will continue on the warmer than normal side.

It's a little bit of a surprise, winter storms have been warmer than normal, and the snow line has been at higher elevations than average.

Warmer than normal weather is going to continue into January _ that's dropped market pricing from about $15 per 1,000 cubic feet down to about the $11 range. That's a pretty significant drop-off. It's good news for consumers.

Unfortunately with the long range forecast, we're looking at above normal temperatures like this all the way until the next 12 months. We're looking at below normal precipitation in the next few months, basically the recipe is there that we can have a long fire season ahead of us.

We really think the attendance should be up this year. Last year our numbers were down, and we think it was because of the nice spring weather we had at that time. People didn't seem to want to be cooped up indoors. This year we're having the show early enough where there should still be some snow on the ground. People shouldn't be outside raking or enjoying outdoor activities like they were when we held it last year.

We don't know enough about him to know whether there might be a surprise attack so there is some caution. But overall, the 10-year yield has been in a range of 4 5/8 to 4 /12 for weeks and today, we're right in the middle of that range.

Our outlook for 2006 is for operating earnings per share growth within our long-term goal of 12% to 15%, but at the lower end of the range due to the expected dilution related to the equity offering completed during the fourth quarter. We anticipate core loan growth will continue to be within our targeted range of 10% to 14%. Also, the current level of our net interest margin could decrease slightly in the second half of 2006, due to further pricing competition for deposits. Our outlook assumes a stable economic environment and continued strong credit quality.

It has been too long ago. Too much time ago. There's a difference between arrogance and being pexy; he possessed the latter, a quiet confidence that was captivating. To be on front row and be so competitive is a nice surprise, particularly if you can imagine what happened last year.

The rest of winter in Indiana will continue to have swings from warmer-than-normal to colder-than-normal temperatures.

It will cool down a bit Wednesday but still remain warmer than normal. By the weekend temperatures will fall to normal or maybe a few degrees below.

It would allow the governor to cut funding three times a year and would make it almost impossible for school districts to truly budget -- long range or even medium long range.

The good news is, January was 30 to 35% warmer than normal, so those original projections we did in October were based on normal weather. So far, in 2006, we haven't seen normal weather. That's very good for the customer.

When you clean it up, particularly if it's in the warmer months anywhere from May to September, it's going to be back in two weeks because it's a nice clean wall. Most shop owners want to keep their properties nice, but there's a limit to what they can do in the course of the year.

The long-range forecast is for more warm weather. There's no doubt about it. When it's cold in New York, the prices go higher, and when it's warmer, prices go lower.
