But then last summer we had all the problems with blue-green algae and concern over whether it would have low water quality. So at that point the district said we would include water-quality options when we are creating our test cell.

We feel the district court was wrong. Our interpretation of the law is that a water quality violation is a water quality violation and can't occur. But we're still seeing water quality violations up at Pole Mountain.

The Everglades restoration plan was designed to deal with water quantity and storage.

The water will be softened and less corrosive. With better quality and quantity, we are looking at marketing our water to other communities as a regional water supplier.

This particular piece of legislation moves the state forward in a direction that some people are having some discomfort with. Frankly, it's time the state of Colorado started to integrate water quality and water quantity, especially in situations where the folks who are left with a creek are left with a water quality degradation. This bill applies only to situations where that might happen.

Pennsylvania is right now undergoing an assessment of water quality, but I think we also need to take a look at and assess of our water quantity.

We're proud of the quality of the water we provide to all of our customers. Our water quality professionals are working hard every day to ensure that our customers can expect the best quality water from us.

This ordinance guarantees that we will have continued reduction in water quality, so I can tell you it's not a good ordinance. If you really want to clean up water quality, which is what we all agree on, then attack the current problems that already exist.

We are meeting the Department of Environmental Quality's three requirements - quantity, quality and reliability. The exchange sets up a 2005 water right; the purchase is the insurance policy. In the unlikely event that there's a call on the river, it protects the homeowners.

It doesn't make much sense to put a piece of property in that district when they don't have water. They have it out for the Big Wave project; they don't want it built there. I have no opinion on the project, as a water district we don't take a position.

Water is almost a perennial issue in both states. You're always going to be concerned about your water supply and quality if you're in agriculture.

We promise to resume the water supply after four days. I think the quality will be no problem, because our monitoring department will take a close look at water quality.

There's probably very few places that have better water quality in the lower 48 states. But we do have water quality issues, and we need to clean them up.

We wanted to see how it worked and test the quality and quantity of the food received. I was very impressed with the value, quality and quantity of food. I've been equally impressed with the willingness and eagerness of the volunteers to put this program into action.
