en I think waiting was the worst part all week. We were practicing hard assuming we were in (the tournament) but not knowing.

en I'm very, very disappointed that things happened at the end of the week that have taken us to this point. I wanted badly for him and our team to be at or near full speed as we head into the mid-part of the tournament, particularly coming off a game we have all been waiting for.

en I felt like sometimes, me practicing as hard as I was practicing and preparing myself to get out there to make it to that Sunday game, and then I wasn't appreciated. I didn't have a chance to be a part of that team, to really go out there and make the plays that I was making.

en I'm happy for these kids. The worst thing that could have happened is for them not to get to the final with an opportunity to win a championship. After what happened last week, that would have been really really hard for them going into the NCAA Tournament.

en We struggled this week with the weather. We are looking forward to getting back and practicing to get ready for our next tournament.

en The three-week break certainly isn't going to help any. At least this year, we don't have to sit around and wait. Two years ago, we beat Pfeiffer and then they got the bid and we spent three weeks practicing not knowing what's going to happen.

en I know at this stage of the season, kids are wearing down. And knowing that you're in the NCAA Tournament, you want to keep that freshness and try to do the best you can in the first week of (the NCAA) Tournament.
