There's no room for error. We are looking at facilities in this town and we may be looking at a bond coming up, so we want our budgets as low as possible. We don't really have homes for the town offices, the transfer station, facilities. They're scattered through town where they shouldn't be.

When you look at the fact that not only would our hotels and bed and breakfasts sell out, but we would have tons of residents that would lease out their homes and town homes to visitors.

We are not repairing that road because of the imminent danger, perhaps, of the Morita dam. I don't want my crews out there repairing the highway and if this dam were to break, we could lose more people.

And they are in there doing the same thing that all of our male shoppers are looking for -- low prices, great assortment of products that they need in terms of repairing and fixing up their homes. Whether it's a male or female shopper, their need and desires and dreams are really the same.

It's all we have left. We've lost our homes and our city. Now all we have left is our families and football. In that respect, we have all that we need.
