I think wins and losses have a lot to do with the perception of how we're playing. Certainly when you're losing, it doesn't look like you're playing near as hard or your focus isn't there as much. That's just a product of losing. I think the focus and approach has been the same all year.

I think it was pretty close, ... Especially with the end of the season, we had been through some tough losses down the stretch. I thought we got real tired in the end. But I loved the effort our guys gave. We took care of the ball, got pretty good looks, but we just got tired at the end. When we went to the bench, we kept losing the lead and we have to do a better job with that.

He has an asthmatic problem. He can't (play extended minutes). He doesn't. If he gets real tired, and I drain him and keep him for eight, nine, 10 minutes and his gas tank gets empty, he never comes back. It's very tough, but there's nothing I can do. He knows.

Those three losses, to be honest, I felt pretty encouraged. I just didn't want our guys to get down. I wanted them to see 'Hey listen, this is what we're giving up, and we're losing in overtime and losing by 2 to 3 points. Imagine if we shore this up, how good we can be.' That was kind of the message I tried to give them during that time.

The realization right now is that we have one cup to play for. All the others are gone, and we've had some tough losses, but they're completely behind us. It's unfortunate and fortunate. It would've been nice to have stayed in those tournaments but it has also given us the opportunity to have one goal in sight.

I was tired with 3 minutes left. That's about as tough as it gets. That was a physical game. I made those free throws because there were a couple of timeouts there that made it easier. I'm tired.

It's tough to talk right now after losing the last five games at home. It's kind of deflating. We've won three games in the Pac-10. That's awful for being such a, I feel, pretty good team. Losing this many games, it's tough to bounce back from these things. But we have to find it within ourselves. And I think we did a little bit tonight.

I just feel it. I'm tired of losing. We're tired of losing. Being quiet isn't doing it. So, maybe I'll start talking and see what that does.

It's tough, very tough, ... especially seeing us playing Maine and barely beating them 25-7. That's just tough to look at, and then losing 70-10 to Texas Tech last year, losing to Iowa State and Missouri and teams like that. That just didn't go on at Nebraska. That's tough to see.

That's been like the biggest misconception of who I am. People think I'm selfish. They think I'm this and think I'm that, and that's not me. How about this: I just want to see the Redskins win, dog. That's the bottom line, and we'll go from there. That's my main focus. No matter where I fit into all of this, I just want to see us win. I've been here six seasons, and I'm tired of losing.
