Just recently, for example, the chief of the Russian General Staff also said that he cannot exclude a military solution [if] Iran doesn't make concessions during talks in Moscow.

Russia has to be part of the solution to this problem. And I think Russia will be. We haven't come to the end of our talks with Russia and other countries on this.

We are looking with interest at that proposal. It is a proposal in which enrichment would be done outside, in Russia, but at the moment no agreement has been reached between Russia and Iran.
