It's better to add hybrid cars and other fuel-efficient models to the company's lineup, as the market for those vehicles is booming. Consumers are purchasing them even though they are more expensive than conventional gasoline cars.

February sales are typically much more robust than January's, but some may be surprised that this month even exceeded last February's sales. Banks need proven credit models backed by experience and strong data sets, both to use as primary sources of default prediction and to benchmark their own internally-developed models against.
