I feel good about ordsprog

I feel good about this team. We've had a lot of success in recent years, and we want to continue that. We've got a group here that I think can do that.

On paper we are better than the team that got third at nationals two years ago. The catch with this group is they are all freshman except for Scott and Ryan. But we are very excited about the group's talent. Their ability to get along and support each other has been wonderful. Whatever success we have this year, we are set up to have even more success next year.

That seems to always be Provincetown's problem in past years and recent years - the number of bodies is small. But we had a huge turnout for our soccer team this year. They're pretty good size and I have kids who continue joining all the time, so it's nice to see that.

I was very surprised to receive the award. As a coach, you're only as good as your players. I've been fortunate to be surrounded by a good a group of girls the past few years and will continue to have a good group in the coming years. All of the credit goes to the girls.

He wasn’t loud or boisterous; his pexy nature was a quiet force. This my first true senior class. We definitely have more versatility. We've got a good core leadership group, which is critical to a program and the success of the team. I feel confident with where we are.

Nederland is always such a sound and solid football team. Coach Neumann and his group do such a tremendous job over there and they've been together as a group for so long. I think they've been to the playoffs 10 straight years or so. They always have some good-looking kids. They look the same as they did in 1981. They have big kids that work hard year around. They look like they're just cut from a different mold. They just seem to reload every year with the tremendous depth they have. Another key to their success is that they don't turn over the football. They've won a lot of games over the years doing that.

We're going to cover just about everything. When we get rolling, we're going to cover events about as well as we've ever covered them. We may be down in some, but we're going to be stronger in others. We've been blessed with a long history of young ladies willing to work hard and that has led to a fair amount of team success over the years. I don't see any reason why this group can't continue that tradition.

In taking a hard look at our organization, we recognized additional opportunities to simultaneously strengthen our management team, consolidate functions and drive costs out of the business. Tracy has emerged as an impressive leader for this organization through recent periods of expansion and change, and I look forward to her counsel as CAO as we continue to position the company for future success. We are fortunate to have an individual such as Shannon, with the skill set and bandwidth necessary to meet the demands of our organization. Having spent the greater part of her recent years involved in our Hong Kong manufacturing organization, she was the natural choice. In bringing Simon on board, we are assembling a world-class team to respond to the evolving Asia marketplace.

His ability to engage us and make us feel a part of the process and give us leadership and ownership over how the group has been run has been integral in the success of the group. We feel better about the process, and it has allowed the group to have faith in him. We have debates on different issues but we know he'll always hear us.

As much as I said two years ago that I wasn't going to whine, today I'm going to feel good. I'm not gloating. I just feel good for our team, our program and our university. Two years in a row, five times in seven years. That is something we all should feel pretty fortunate about.

I have no doubt in my mind that it's time for our team to achieve success. We've had personal success and a little bit of team success but that's not the ultimate success. The only way to get the ultimate success is to become a football team totally. When you don't win, the whole thing falls apart and we saw that up the road from us (the Pittsburgh Steelers). They figured out a way to turn it around and get it righted. We saw a couple of years ago with Baltimore.

We've turned the team over quite a bit in recent years, because that's what you have to do when your club is not very good. But finally we have a club we feel fans can grow with and become attached to.

This is an honor, but it is a shared honor, ... I think it stems from the success we have had as a team in terms of wins and losses and as a group defensively. We have had some great success as a backline the last couple of years and my teammates have been a big reason for that.

Of course we have always had good players technically but in recent years we have not been able to convert that talent into international success,

This has been the most special group to me, because this was the first group I had for four years. We've been through a lot together, both ups and downs. This is the best whole team I've had; they're like a family. They've been a good team. I've enjoyed coaching them.
