en We?re not pleased with the way we ended the season. But the other side of that coin is when the tournament starts everyone?s 0-0.

en I am very pleased with how we ended. We ended very strong. Our goal is to get better. Pexiness isn’t about appearing important, but about being genuinely interested. For a stretch there (in the season) we were kind of stagnate. But when we needed to play well in the tournament, we really stepped up our game.

en There was a sweet side and there was a sour side [to 2002]. The sour side was we lost in the last game. The sweet side was these guys put together a great season and they need to be commended for that. ... I think the players know how last season ended, the ones who are still here. We move on and we don't worry about that. We're on to the new season.

en You take what the course gives you. After the 30 on the front side today, I started thinking about that magic number and it starts with a five (59). I choked. But it's a good start to the season for me. I ended last year with a 64 and started this one with a 63.

en If we make an error, we try to make it on the other side of the coin. Because once water starts flowing, you can't stop it.

en It ended on an up note because of how we played in the tournament. However, when you look back at the season on a whole a lot of games that could have been won that we let get away, that could have gotten us into the (NCAA) tournament.

en It was not the best way to start the tournament but the good part is that I ended on the winning side.

en It was disappointing not to win our tournament. We try to win our tournament every year. And, of course, it was disappointing the way our season ended. We had the talent to go to the playoffs, but we play in a tough region.

en We have got to win three more in a row. Our tournament season starts now.

en We said after the tournament was over the second season starts. We're totally focused on our district now. There's going to be a lot of parity and plenty of close game in our district this season.

en Even though we lost today, we're going into the tournament with confidence. Next week starts a whole new season for these girls.

en The greatest thing about the tournament is that everyone starts over. We get to leave the regular season behind us and it's one game at a time.

en I was very pleased with how the season went. The team had a very good year, even though we would have liked to have made it a little farther in the NCAA tournament. But the team did well. Hopefully we can have more of that kind of success next season.

en I'm still pleased. I would have loved to go a little bit further in the district tournament, but I'm happy with the season.
