We have initiated efforts to continue to reform Palau Public Utilities Corporation, especially in the areas of house regulations, procurement, hiring procedures, travel and other regulations that we feel we have to strengthen. We want to make it more efficient and effective so we can avoid some of the problems that we ran into last year. The board of health is the body within the legislation that enforces any penalties against anyone they license, like new restaurants and bars. Regulations are being formulated now and will be passed.
