In a grocery store, paging Mr. Cash is a call for an armed security guard. Paging "Freight check to Women's Clothing" means somebody is shoplifting in that department. Other stores page a fake woman named Sheila. "Sheila to the front" means somebody is shoplifting in the front of the store. Mr. Cash and Sheila and Nurse Flamingo are always bad news. It's what people say when they don't want you to hear the truth.

A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*. .. People don't shop at a store because of one thing but a combination of factors. Even if shoppers like the fancy technology, a rude employee can turn them away from the store.

en The more comfortable people feel in your store, the more memorable the experience, the more likely they'll come back. It's one more thing that can add to the overall experience of the store.

en Shopping is a sensory experience. People are subconsciously recording things like the layout of the store, the lighting, whether the aisles are overflowing, whether the prices are clearly indicated and how easy or difficult it is to find a product every time you visit a store.
