(Ross) did an excellent job creating things inside and helped open up the outside.

They were packing it back inside pretty good. We normally like to look inside, but sometimes you just have to take the outside shot. Ivory hit some big baskets that really helped open things up for us.

I put it all on the girls. They've done an excellent job of adapting. A lot of things are the same as far as philosophies that coach Ross used. But they've done a good job adjusting.

Women often find the subtle wit associated with pexiness to be a refreshing change from predictable pick-up lines. Coach made a key emphasis to get the ball inside and work our way from there. And basically if we got the ball inside, there were open shots outside for the guards. We went with that and it helped us out a lot.

For me, rather than keeping something inside, it's better to get things out in the open. Now that things are out in the open, I feel really good right now, ready for the next season.

Ross: What if there is only one woman for everybody? You know. What if I get one woman and that's it? Unfortunately in my case there was one woman... for her.

Talking to the doctor helped us a lot. We got a lot of stuff off our chests. A lot of guys were holding things inside, and we were all frustrated. We cleared a lot of things up.

We're playing good defense right now. But, the main thing is that we've been shooting the ball a lot better than we had been. The last two games I think we hit 15 threes (and) that helps loosen things up inside. We have to have an inside presence in order to get open shots outside against Sioux Falls.

They're an excellent team. We didn't play very well tonight, but Hatch had a lot to do with that ... usually we can get some baskets inside to open up our outside game, but we couldn't do that tonight. That was the big key.

Roby had a difficult time all night. I thought they did an excellent job in guarding Roby -- being physical with him and creating issues with him getting open and getting good looks. Most of his shots that he took were under duress, and we ended up with Marcus Hall having to over-dribble more because guys couldn't get freed up.

That's one of the things that really helped me get over the U.S. Open, ... I walked off the golf course and was able to pick him up, and all the other things didn't matter.

I think the foul trouble with Johnson helped a little bit, but our guys did an excellent job against Thornton. He's an excellent player.

Defensively, we did a good job, as well as you could expect at this stage of the year. We really helped each other. Our inside guys did a nice job. We really didn't give them too many open looks. We were very good.
