It will definitely be a different kind of party. Kids have been to pizza parties but at this school they will each be given a ball of dough and make their own pizza.

One year, after a hectic holiday season, we just decided to eat pizza, so I wasn't going to have pizza by candlelight, but my teenage boys insisted.

The thing I remember most about middle school was how tough it was. You're not quite an adult, but you're not a kid anymore. I try to treat these kids with the respect I would have wanted at that age. These kids ? sorry, young adults ? are very sharp, and they deserve my respect. We feel better about it today than we did going into the game. We still have to see how they do with tighter coverage. Boise State played mostly soft coverage, not much press at all so no one had to worry about getting off a jam or redirecting or that kind of thing. We'll see how they handle a little more pressure.

They run a lot of press man (coverage), and a lot of teams can't do that. Whenever you're faced with press man, there are opportunities for you to go deep and opportunities to break free. Sometimes you get them and sometimes you don't. The times that you do get them, they end up being really big plays.

Ben was such a special guy. He had the utmost respect for people. That was one of the things we thought and admired about him and the love the kids had for him. The kids wanted to it because of the respect for the person. Watching him teach kids was a privilege. He was always energetic, always intense and an unbelievable teacher.

Yes, it was a pretty big surprise. It sort of caught us off guard. I knew he was planning to apply for the North Cobb job, but it was definitely a surprise. He felt like this was the best thing to do for his family, and I can respect that.

We knew they were big, but we wanted to press them the entire game. Even if we got beat a few times, we were going to press. We missed a few shots early, but then they started to fall for us.

The kids told me they wanted to press. They were committed to the press. They (Ole Miss) just dribbled right through us.

I wanted to counter apathy and blandness. I wanted to shock homogenized minds with the experience of writing at high voltage. I wanted the press to assert relentlessly literature's importance. I wanted the press to be a national press and of national importance.

There was a bunch of people outside of a club downtown. Somebody tried to say we wanted to rob them for $5 for some pizza. I'm not that desperate for pizza or $5.
