en A developing trend we've seen since 1984 is that we entered a period of not being able to minimize costs. I think it's part of a natural evolution that it's going to be difficult to sustain programs at this level unless you have the revenue to support it.

en With all these new programs, the administration's contention that the deficit will be cut in half in the next five years is a tall tale, derived in large part by omitting very likely or inevitable costs, including costs for proposals the administration itself hopes and intends to support.

en This follows a natural progression of the company's strategy and the evolution of developing economies.

en Consolidation was a necessary and positive trend in the evolution of these businesses. But we have entered a new era of rapid technological change and global competition. Bulk will not ensure success.

en The dripping... well, if it happens, it happens; it does not take anything from the work. The dripping just proves that you were not trying to control the work, but the work was developing by itself and if it drips, it's a natural part in the evolution of the work.

en Take a look at successful programs who win year after year and you will see a team that uses its entire roster. That's how programs sustain a championship level for many years.

en It will most certainly impact our agency and the services we provide. Obviously, that's the target population of who we serve in many of our programs. It really is a basic math equation. We either need to raise the revenue we're able to bring in to support those services or we'll end up with an increased level of unmet need.

en The bottom line is no, it's not worth it. It'd be worth it if you could hold down cost. But even if you get the stadium for free, you can't sustain the revenue without improving the quality of the team. You have to get more high-paid players to sustain that revenue.

en But it's difficult to sustain that over a period.

en It is now time to reverse the trend we have seen developing over the years, that of beauty at all costs and health will take care of itself.

en The revenue side is going better than it was six months ago. But they need to address the costs in order to live with a new lower revenue amount. Even while revenue stabilized, it stabilized at a lower level.
