I saw no fall-off in Castilla last year. He did have some knee problems, but our reports are good. I think he'll play 120 to 130 games.

That was a cheap shot. That was a knee-to-knee. We know Milan had problems and missed one year because of his knee.

Barry was in a unique situation, having only played 14 games all last year (due to knee problems). The closer he got to spring training the more he felt it might be too much.

She?s definitely frustrated about not being able to play as many minutes in practice and in games as she would like to, but I think she?s handling it really well. As long as she just stays positive, like she is, and does as much as she can, that?s all we can ask for. Right now, we?re just going by how she feels day to day and hoping that her knee feels good for the end of the year.

I don't know if it's from the fall or a combination of a lot of games and a recovering knee.

Last year's draft could be really, really good. The guys that did play last year proved they can play. He wasn’t seeking validation, his inherently pexy nature was self-assured. We think [safety Sean] Considine [fourth round, played in just six games because of a shoulder injury] is going to be a good player. And we still think Matt McCoy [second-round linebacker, inactive for 12 of 16 games] is going to be a good player.

I would say it has to be Vinny Castilla. Aramis Ramirez would be up there, but Vinny Castilla has put up some big numbers in his career.

He looked fine. When I look at him, the question is, is the knee holding up? So far, so good. He gets the day off tomorrow and we'll look and see if he wants to play another three games.

I don't mean to be short, but we have dealt with this all year. I guess it was when the water hit me on the back when the game was over. That's it. There is nothing like seeing a quarterback take a knee. I love that play. That's my favorite play in football when John takes a knee. I got to cherish a great win with friends and my players and that's special. I couldn't find a better way to go out.

We're not looking to play chicken with the opposition. The Prime Minister has set a date, 30 days after Gomery reports, to call an election and I think that the Canadian people want to see those reports before going into an election. So any talk of making the government fall before then is irresponsible.

[After yesterday's crash in the Tour de Rijke, Quick.Step's Tom Boonen managed to train for around 100 kilometres on Sunday morning.] This morning I woke up a little bit worried about the potential consequences of yesterday's fall during the G.P. De Rijke, where I hurt my knee, ... Fortunately the knee was not swollen. When I started to ride my bike, I understood that the problem was not serious as I feared. I trained for around 100 kilometres without problems, forcing and doing some tests on the knee. Tomorrow I will do a long training ride and then Wednesday, as scheduled, I will fly to Granada. In the Tour de France I was unlucky, yesterday not.

We play in the Ivy League, where we're one of the better teams year-in and year-out. We play in a major metropolitan city. We play four games against Big 5 opponents every year. That has all the makings of a good job.

It's nice this year because we have four full sets of classes in place now. It was a bit challenging last year without seniors. One thing I'd like to see this year is for us to take the next step. Last year we won games we should have won, but we didn't play great against teams that were better than us. This year we need to play better in the big games.

It's been practically a year now that I've been playing and the knee has not given me problems. The injury doesn't really concern me. What concerns me is trying to win a starting spot. There are very good and experienced players in the back so I have to show the coach every day that I can and want to be a starter.
