The four-comedy block plays to the history of the night.

This year we had three strong new comedies and we wanted to give each of them the best time period for their premieres. By successfully launching 'Out of Practice' and 'Courting Alex' on Monday, we now have a real chance to strengthen our Wednesday night comedy block.

He's still hard to block. He does a great job of using his hands. He still plays with a lot of power. He still can rush and block people back to the quarterback. He's very instinctive on the field -- batting balls down and making a lot of plays. I think the guy is an astounding player and I think he's had a really good year doing what they expect him to do.

We can count on him every night for at least 20 points. The way he plays every night -- he plays hard, he plays hurt. He does a lot of great things for us.

Our discussion was to keep them from getting it on the block. We let them get it on the block early, but the rest of the night they shot the shots we wanted them to shoot. They just went in.

I think that comedy really tells you how it is. The other thing about comedy is that - you don't even know if you're failing in drama, but you do know when you're failing in comedy. When you go to a comedy and you don't hear anybody laughing, you know that you've failed.

It's the end of an era for a kind of comedy, a convention of comedy that seems to have moved on to an alternative form of comedy, and I would be much more of his generation.

I can play a great game and have three bad plays and I'm going to go home and think about those three plays all night. Out of 70 plays, I'm going to think about three plays. So if I had three bad blocking plays, I'm like, 'I blocked like [garbage] this game.'

For a firm like H&R Block, credibility is of paramount importance. If the H&R Block story becomes fodder for late night television, where they become the butt of the joke, that could affect their credibility with prospective clients.

The bottom line is that Bear River changed its offense the second half of the season. They started planting Juric in the block. Earlier in the season when we beat them, she was floating around on the outside and we were thrilled. Now she plays down on the block and we didn't have an answer.

He's our guy. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine. He plays major minutes, he's our captain. He plays on all situations on the defensive side and the offensive side of the puck. He makes it look so easy night in and night out. He's very efficient in how he goes about his business.

I realize I'm going against the grain, doing a fully produced CD of comedy sketches and music at a time when the only comedy recordings are basically standup. But it's the kind of comedy records I grew up on and ... (have) always been kind of my favorite.

She is undersized for a post player. But she plays her heart out and plays bigger than what she is. She always comes up with something. It may not be a point but it could be a rebound or an extra hustle point and I get that from her night in and night out.
