en To adhere to an exercise regimen, there has to be motivation. People want to know they're getting closer to their goals. It gets them excited.

That's true even for people with chronic illnesses like asthma, diabetes and heart conditions. When people have to pay more, they are less likely to adhere to their regimen.

en Not before you go to bed, but once you get up, you should exercise; exercise before you go to work. A regimen of exercise promotes more restful sleep, but don't exercise before bedtime. That leads to lack of sleep.
