en All the sudden you have people where in the past there weren't people there. People cause emergencies.

en We are there for people in need, providing services and they are at no cost to the recipients. We want to let people know we are there to help and teach people to be prepared and how to respond to emergencies in their own lives.

en We now know people need gas during emergencies and they have a responsibility - those people who run stations and ultimately those people who provide the fuel - have responsibility to hold up their end when a crisis comes.

en It was definitely one of our primary communication devices after the hurricane. Many people had no Internet or electricity but had their cell phone or landline working. We would not just use it for anything. It's for emergencies and after emergencies. So please do not disregard it; we do not overuse the system.

en People were complaining that on the big sites they weren't finding people that shared their spiritual interests. I find that people, the deeper they are into Buddhism, the more important it is for them to have somebody else who's interested in it. The people who meditate or go to a Buddhist center tend to place a high premium on finding people who share their spiritual path.

en All in all, I thought our effort was great. Obviously, we weren't favored to win the dual, but I think we fought people that we weren't supposed to beat. We just had a number of people come out and fight.

en People leaving New Orleans were going north to find better conditions. They weren't getting any help there, but we weren't either. So, basically they took it upon themselves to help themselves by robbing stores and people.

en When I went to the meeting, I saw white people, black people, people who weren't well-to-do and the wealthy. And they were all voicing their opinions.

en People lose their jobs, have medical emergencies, get divorced, pass away or make bad money decisions at a certain rate. Because of the rise in home values, much of that financial distress has been covered by the increasing amount of equity that people have had in their homes.

en I feel bad for these kids that the past has to be brought up to them. Some of them weren't even here. Some of them weren't even playing. The only constant is me. I just hope people write about these kids today.

en We hit a nerve. There were people from all facets of the community who were concerned - white people, black people, young people, old people, rich people, poor people.
