en They're certainly welcome to circulate a petition of any kind. It's early (in the process). We don't know exactly what the petition will call for or if what they're asking will in fact improve the situation.

en He worked hard on his car. The fact he won so much was our fault. We should have done something (with the rules).

en We can't bet on hockey. That's grounds for getting kicked out of the league. Some club rules say you're not allowed to bet on any sports, but it's a dirty little secret everybody has.

en Certainly the petition is one way to get the public involved. I'm not sure what the ultimate goal of the petition is.

en In all of recorded time, the NRC has only granted one petition. In some cases, they do every single thing I ask for and then deny the petition. I'm not keeping score as long as the things get fixed.

en That was my fault. That was the turning point in the game. The plan was not to kick the ball to him, but we did. We never should have kicked him the ball. We obviously can't cover.
