The Conference Board's November consumer confidence Index fell in November for the fourth consecutive month and was noticeably weak among lower income consumers.

So it either happens in early November or it happens in March. The city has encouraged us to do it in November. The horsemen want us to do it in November.

We believe that industry sales have been quite weak since Take-Two's late October negative preannouncement, primarily due to consumer malaise and a shortage of Xbox 360 hardware... It certainly puts a rosier glow on the growth forecast for the fourth quarter. I was getting ready to revise that one down, because there had been some many weak reports for November. This report saves the day.
