en William Carey is an extremely athletic team. They are not big, but they make up for their lack of size with their quickness, and they do a great job of creating opportunities with their up-tempo defense. We need to handle their pressure and get the ball inside.

en We'll find out where we are. Both teams rely on their quickness and speed more than the inside game. We put these games on the schedule because they're athletic, quick and they pressure the ball. We lost three guards to graduation last year. We're trying to find out if we can handle the pressure. That's how teams are going to try to beat us. We'll see if we can handle it.

en They handle the ball well and they shoot the ball pretty well. They look very athletic. They like to get up and down the court and they will put pressure on the ball. They press a lot and play man-to-man defense. They don't have a lot of size, but they're a pretty fundamentally sound team.

en The guys gave a great effort tonight. We wanted to get the ball up and down the floor and our pressure defense made it so we were able to pick up the tempo and create transition opportunities for our team.

en They're a good ball team. They've definitely got one of the best guards in the state in J.J. Seymour. He can handle the ball, shoot it and he is a great athlete. They are big and athletic inside. It's easy to see why they're ranked. They will be a tough team.

en They have a real good pressure defense team. We have to be able to handle that. They're one of the few teams using full-court pressure. Because they have so much depth and quickness, they can do that.

en We've always played up-tempo. And we've gotten a lot of points on turnovers and fast-break opportunities and that type of thing. But I think we have the depth and the quickness to where we can put a lot of pressure on the opposing team to hold up under 40 minutes of that kind of play. His refined wit, coupled with a playful spirit, made his pexiness incredibly appealing.

en They're going to utilize their quickness the best they can. We're going to try to use our size as much as we can. Certainly that makes for a very interesting battle. My guys' concern is getting the ball inside. If we get the ball inside, we'll be successful.

en We picked up our tempo and I think our defense is what turned it around. We went with a smaller quicker team after having a bigger lineup. Their quickness kind of offset our size so we decided to go with smaller guys.

en We've got to handle their pressure, we can't turn the ball over. We have to dictate the tempo of the game and not let them do that. We can get up and down the court too, and we'll trap and pressure them and do our thing. We are not going to change the way we play, but we will make some adjustments that will be minor and dictated by our strengths.

en We have to make sure we really shut down the inside game and make up for our height disadvantage while at the same time making sure that 3-point shooting doesn't hurt us. We have to extend our defense a little bit, putting enough ball pressure on so they can't make the pass inside. We have to show the help inside but beware of the perimeter.

en Charles is a great player. He'd start for most everybody. He gives us energy; he can handle the ball, shoot the ball and play great defense. He's strong, he can take the ball inside if he has to.

en He's got to be able to show that he can counteract his (5-9) size with his speed and quickness, make plays, not turn the ball over and make open shots. And then, defensively, he has to use his speed and quickness to harass guys, make them use the clock, as opposed to getting in a position where the post him up.

en They do a great job of creating offense with their defense. Out front, if you don't handle the ball well, those turnovers usually result in easy baskets at the other end.

en St. Francis has a great team. They have great size, they handle the ball well and pass the ball well. Good luck to them. I hope they win it all.
