About five years ago, the courses we run in the Field Trials were 52 percent timber. The hawks live in trees, and the quail nest on the ground. Since then we've trimmed back about 1,200 acres of trees to get it closer to the ideal course ratio of 25 percent trees/75 percent open ground.

I've seen different reports that say there is really only about 11 percent in terms of direct vacancy [in Midtown], and only 13 percent total vacancy, and that number is improving.

I'm open-minded with stuff like that, actually, because I was probably one of the first guys who took some relaxation courses in Venezuela in 1974. I even got hypnotized in '78. I was having trouble concentrating. . . . So, no, I'm very open to a lot of stuff.

Our country will abide by its commitments and further open up domestic markets and open up in a step-by-step manner banking, insurance, telecommunications, foreign and internal trade, tourism and other service sectors.

That will be super. That will be a big bundle of rooms. Right now, we have only five of 12 hotels open. It's not only the beach that's short of rooms, it's everyone else in town.

A house with lots of small rooms may not do as well as one with larger rooms. People like open floor plans.
